Prospective Students

We are hiring highly motivated students to join our group. Please read the paragraphs below carefully to increase the chance of getting your e-mail replied. Usually, we will reply within three days if we think you are a potential candidate. If you do not receive any reply after one week, please feel free to move forward by contacting other professors.

PKU undergraduate students can directly send emails to inquire about research intern position. Please send your CV + transcript and use "CI-UROP-YourName" as subject of your first email. In principle, recommendation letters will only be provided to undergraduate students with 6+ months research experience in our lab to ensure we have something concrete to comment.

Our group has opening positions for Ph.D. in each year. The selection is usually during the summer camp of PKU School of CS in July for the next-year fall semester enrollment. Please send your CV + transcript and use "CI-PhD-YourUniversity-YourName" as subject of your first email. In your email, please describe how your research interests match our group instead of simply asking whether there are quotas available.

We warmly welcome international students for both Master and Ph.D. study, through our new English degree program in CS (starting from 2019). The Elite Ph.D. program provides full scholarship and generous living allowance. Please visit our department website for program details.

Prospective Postdocs

We are hiring highly motivated postdocs to join our group through the Boya Postdoctoral Fellowship at Peking University. Please send your CV + Research Statement and use "CI-Postdoc-YourUniversity-YourName" as subject of your first email.
